Despite calls from some fans for Mikel Arteta to be sacked, it looks like the club are still prepared to back him, and he will be given some money to spend in the transfer window this summer.

Allied to that a Premier League campaign which has seen them win 13 games, the majority of them at home, meaning that the club is set to miss out on European football for the first time in 25 years.
However, the club’s owners, the Kroenke family are not inclined to make a change now, and instead, regard Arteta as part of the solution not the problem.
And he will be given some money in the summer transfer window to help build a squad more in keeping with his vision for the club.
