Jose Mourinho wants to bring Marouane Fellaini back to the Premier League.
The 33-year-old is currently playing in China for Shandong Luneng, but, although his contract runs until December, reports in the Belgian media suggest that they are prepared to allow him to leave this summer.
The Belgian international worked under Mourinho for two years during their time together at Old Trafford, and the pair remain in regular contact with each other.
Fellaini is reportedly keen to return to England, and a move to North London and Tottenham would be an attractive proposition for him.
Fellaini started his career at Standard Liège before joining Everton in 2008. He was signed by United in 2013 for a fee of £27.5 million, and went on to play for them 177 times, scoring 22 goals.
During their time together in Manchester, Mourinho and Fellaini won the League Cup and the Europa League.
