Manchester United and Chelsea have both offered Sergio Agüero a contract.
The 32-year old Argentine has been told by Manchester City that his contract will not be renewed when it ends at the end of this season.
The Argentine is City’s record goal scorer, but due to a combination of illness and injury, he has been missing for much of the season, and has only scored three times for the League leaders.
He has been linked with a number of clubs in Europe, but now there have been two bids for him to remain in England, with both Manchester United and Chelsea ready to offer him a deal.
Agüero has yet to decide where he will be playing next season, with PSG and Inter Milan also interested in acquiring his services,
Barcelona remain the favourites to sign him, because they are hopeful that, in doing so, they can persuade his good friend Lionel Messi to remain at the Nou Camp.
