Mason Greenwood has signed a new contract whic h will keep him at Manchester United until 2025.
As is typical with United, the deal includes an option for a further year.
The 19=year old was handed his debut by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer two years ago, and has gone on to make 82 first-team appearances in all competitions, scoring 21 times.
it has not all been plain sailing 0 there have been some disciplinary problems with Greenwood being later for training on a number of occasions, but United have no doubt of his talent.
Solskjaer said: Mason is a fantastic player and yet another fine example of the type of player that our academy produces”.
Grenwood joined the club as a six-year-old, having been born in Bradford.
Last September he made his full England debut as a substitute against Iceland, but subsequently got in troubl,e along with Manchester City’s Phil Foden, for breaching quarantine regulations.
