Baba Rahman is set to be the first departure from Chelsea following the departure of Frank Lampard and the appointment of Thomas Tuchel.
The 26-year-old is set to join Greek side PAOK Salonica for the rest of the season.
The Ghanaian international moved to Stamford Bridge from Augsburg in 2015 but has failed to make any significant impression in his time in West London,, making just 15 league appearances in that time, many of them from the bench.
Instead, he has undergone a series of loans, with the move to Greece the latest in that sequence. PAOK are currently fourth in the Greek Super League.
They have beaten off competition for his services from Watford and Middlesbrough, with interest also coming in from Spain and Germany.
Rahman was not named in Chelsea’s Premier League squad for the first half of the season and was highly unlikely to feature in Tuchel’s plans either.
