Arsenal are eyeing a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk striker Manor Solomon, although their limited transfer budget in the current window means that any formal approach for him will likely wait until the summer.
The 21-year old Israeli international has come to prominence over the past two seasons with a string of impressive performances for Shakhtar in the Champions League.
Versatile, he can play anywhere across the front line, and is reported to be very interested In a move to North London.
Solomon began his career in his native Israel with Maccabi Petan Tikka, before making the switch to Shakhtar two years ago. He has played for the Ukrainian side 59 times in all competitions, scoring 12 goals for them.
Despite his relatively tender years, he has already won 14 senior caps for Israel and scored his first goal and the winner in a Nations League game against Scotland in November.
