PSG want to sign Sergio Agüero on a free transfer next summer.
The 32-year-old striker has entered the last six months of his current contract at the Etihad, and has yet to agree a new deal, meaning that he is now free to begin talks with foreign clubs.
The Argentine striker has been beset by injuries this season and made just nine appearances, five in the Premier League for Pep Guardiola’s side.
He has been linked with a move to the French capital before, but rejected overtures to stay at the Etihad, but with doubts over his continued inability to stay fit, the Premier League side are beginning to consider alternatives to their record goal scorer.
Now managed by Mauricio Pochettino, PSG are looking to boost their array of attacking talent even further and remain heavily linked with Agüero’s compatriot Lionel Messi, who has indicated that he intends to leave Barcelona in the summer.
