But now they are being linked with his namesake Pablo who plays for Porto.

However, it is now claimed that the Gunners are ready to open talks on a £27 million deal for the midfielder who can play either in the centre or the right.
Porto are aware of the attention that Vieira is receiving and may be ready to offer him a lucrative new deal to stay with the Portuguese champions.
A graduate of the Porto academy, he made his senior debut at the end of last season, but has already established himself as one of the brightest young prospects in Portuguese football. He has made 12 appearances so far for the club, scoring once.
