Arsenal have identified an alternative to Houssem Aouar.
The Gunners missed out on a deal for the Lyon playmaker in the summer, after the Ligue 1 side refused to budge on the valuation of the French midfielder.
However, with a lack of creativity in the side proving to be a major talking point amongst the fan base, alternatives are being sought.
And now one name that has come to the fore is Dominik Szoboszlai, currently playing for Red Bull Salzburg in Austria.
The 20-year old Hungarian international has been on the Gunners’ radar for some time, having scored 22 goals and provided 31 assists in 71 appearances for the Austrian champions.
Now they are considering a January move although there are a number of other clubs across Europe interested in him as well.
Szoboszlai made his senior international debut for Hungary last year, and ahs won 10 full caps so far, scoring twice.
