Arsenal are once again being linked with a move for former striker Donyell Malen
The Dutch forward joined the Arsenal academy system in 2015 from Ajax and big things were expected of him n North London. However, despite scoring 44 goals at youth level for the Gunners, he became frustrated by his lack of first-team opportunities under Arsène Wenger and was sold for just £540,000 joining PSV Eindhoven.
He has since blossomed into a top-class striker, scoring 33 goals, and providing 16 assists in 78 appearances for PSV, although he missed the second part of last season after picking up a knee injury in a league game.
Now 21 years old, Malen has also become a full Dutch international, making five senior appearances and scoring once.
Arsenal have previously been linked with a move for their former player, with Juventus also reported to have made contact with his agent Mino Raiola.
