Diogo Dalot looks like becoming the latest Manchester United player to secure a loan move to Italy, just days after Andreas Pereira joined Lazio.
The 21-year old is in advanced talks with AC Milan, and is expected to fly to Italy to complete the move this weekend.
The 21-year old finds himself way down the pecking order at Old Trafford, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, and Brandon Williams all preferred ahead of him, and now he is hoping that the switch to Serie A can help revive a career that promised so much when he joined United as a teenager from Porto for £19 million.
However, he has never fulfilled that promise and has struggled to establish himself with the Premier League club, making just 35 appearances for them in all competitions, many of them as a substitute.
He was offered to various clubs, including Everton and Roma, but, in the end, it was Milan who firmed-up their interest.
