Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira is being linked with a move to Serie A and Lazio.
Pereira ha not featured for United at all this season and was left out of the squad for their opening two Premier League games of the season, as well as the Carabao Cup tie against Luton Town.
And with the arrival at the club of Donny van de Beek, Pereira’s chances of first-team minutes at Old Trafford appear to have receded further this summer.
Lazio are looking for midfield reinforcements after missing out on David Silva. They had a deal in place to sign the former Manchester City captain, only for him to have a change of mind at the last minute and join La Liga side Real Sociedad instead.
Former academy graduate Pereira, who has previously had loan spells in Spain with both Granada and Valencia, made 40 appearances for United in all competition s last season, providing four assists and finding the net twice.
