Manchester United are closing-in on a deal or Porto full-back Alex Telles.
Reports in Portugal suggest that his agent has already flown to England in order to try and finalise a transfer for the Brazilian defender.
The 27-year old was linked with a move to Chelsea last season for a fee of £35 million (€40 million) but is now available on a cut-price deal because he is into the last year of his current deal with the Portuguese champions.
Capped once by the Brazilian national side, Telles began his career with Juventude, and then Grémio, before he made the move to Europe and Galatasaray in Turkey.
He then had a brief loan spell with Inter Milan, before joining Porto in 2016. He has since gone on to win two league titles and the Portuguese cup with them.
If he signs, he will provide competition to Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams for the left-back spot.
