PSG have made a £25 million bid to sign Arsenal right-back Héctor Bellerín.
Arsenal want to keep the 25-year-old, but they are open to offers for their vice-captain if the price is right, recognising the need to sell players in order to free-up funds to pursue some of their transfer targets.
Bayern Munich and Juventus are also monitoring his situation.
PSG are in the market for a right-back since Thomas Meunier left them on a free transfer to join Borussia Dortmund at the end of June.
And they have been in constant contact with the Gunners in the past week, trying to persuade them to let the player, who joined their academy system from Barcelona as a 15-year old.
Allowing Bellerín to leave would not be popular with the Arsenal fans. However, they have previously been warned that the club faces tough choices in the transfer market this summer, and this could be one.
