Manchester United winger Tabith Chong will spend next season on loan in the Bundesliga with Werder Bremen.
The Dutch under-21 international has yet to agree fully all the terms and conditions with his new club but has been allowed to join them for pre-season training.
Chong signed a new long-term deal at Old Trafford in March, but has found first-team opportunities under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer very limited.
He last played for United in the second leg of the Europa League tie against LASK of Austria last month but is not in their squad for the final stages of the competition in Germany.
Bremen finished 16th in the Bundesliga last season, narrowly avoiding automatic relegation on the final day. They then secured their survival in the top-flight with victory over Bundesliga II side Heidenheim courtesy of the away goals rule.
The new Bundesliga season is due to start on September 18th.
