Monaco are once again being linked with a move for Tottenham right-back Serge Aurier.
The Ivory Coast international was strongly rumoured to be moving back to France with the Ligue 1 side at the end of last season but, in the end, decided to stay and fight for his place in North London.
And he was rewarded by becoming an automatic starter after the departure of Kieran Trippier for Atlético Madrid.
However, despite his performances on the pitch, the club were less than impressed with his behaviour during lockdown, with several high-profile breaches of the regulations.
And now the Ligue One side are hoping to capitalise on questions that some have at the club about his attitude and off-the-field antics, and that they would be willing to sell him in order to generate funds to invest in the team elsewhere.
Aurier currently has two years left on his existing contract with Spurs.
