United and Inter locked in Sanchez dispute

Manchester United and Inter Milan are locked in a dispute over the immediate future of Alexis Sanchez – and time is fast running out to resolve it.

Sanchez, who is on loan at Inter this season, has a contract which expires on June 30th, and the Italian club are trying to extend it until the end of their revamped league campaign.

However, if they fail to do then his contract is up and he reverts to being a United player again. The Serie A side face similar issues with Victor Moses currently on loan from Chelsea, and Bayern Munich loanee Ivan Perisić.

After their come from behind way against Parma on Sunday night, Inter still have ten games of the Serie A season to complete.

United would just like to get rid of the Sanchez problem altogether by finding a buyer, but they have a more immediate problem to solve first before they can do that.
