Manchester United are the latest club to be linked with a summer move for Chelsea winger Willian.
The player is out of contract at Stamford Bridge and has turned down the offer of a new term deal, with the Brazilian insisting on a three year extension, whilst the West London club are only prepared to offer him two.
That has seen him linked with moves to Barcelona, as well as the North London pairing of Arsenal and Tottenham, but now United have thrown their hat into the ring.
They believe that Willian can add experience to their forward line which, for the most part is still young, and that, as he is available on a free transfer, he represents a cheap option at a time when transfer money is likely to be limited.
Willian has not yet agreed to a short-term contract extension to enable him to see out the season with Chelsea, fearing an injury could hinder his chances of securing his next move.
