Arsenal are set to reignite their interest in PSG left-back Layvin Kurwaza.
The 27 year old French international was heavily linked at one stage with a move to the Emirates in January, although in the end no bid was made. However, with his contract in Paris set to end at the end of June, he will be available for free after that. That is attractive to Arsenal who are not likely to have much money to spend in the summer window.
Barcelona are regarded as rivals to sign Kurzawa, and the player himself would prefer a switch to Spain over North London. However, the Catalans have begun to dither in negotiations, and Kurzawa’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, has warned them that his client will not wait for ever for them = although that is also a classic negotiating tactic.
Another club tracking the full-back are Serie A side Napoli, although they are regarded as the outsiders.
