Kane open to leaving Spurs

Harry Kane is open to leaving Spurs and would consider a move to Manchester United.

The 26 year old striker is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, but is getting frustrated with the failure of Spurs to win any silverware, and wants to play in a team that are challenging for the Premier League title.

Tottenham’s aspirations in the Champions League are dangling by a thread after losing the first leg of their last 16 tie with Borussia Dortmund, whilst they crashed out of the FA Cup to Norwich City in a penalty shoot-out on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile their hopes of making the top four again this season are starting to look slim, with teams both above and below them in better form.

The England captain is under contract until 2024, which means that Spurs could command a hefty price for him, but Manchester United are one club who could afford to buy him, and may offer him the challenge he wants.
