Jadon Sancho, who scored in his seventh consecutive Bundesliga home appearance against Freiburg at the weekend is happy at Borussia Dortmund, and does not want to leave the club in the summer.
The 19 year old, who, earlier this month, became the first teenager to score 25 goals in the Bundesliga, has been heavily linked with a move back to the Premier League at the end of the season, with Manchester United currently leading the race for his signature, with Liverpool and Chelsea also linked.
However, now Dortmund Chief Executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has raised doubts saying “In my opinion, I don’t think wants to leave”.
Watzke also emphasised that his club have got money, so they have no need to sell one of their biggest assets on financial grounds.
Sancho has 14 league goals for Dortmund this season, which is just three short of Kevin Keegan’s all-time record for an Englishman in a Bundesliga campaign. He also has 14 assists to his name.
