Jorginho could leave Chelsea this summer, amidst continuing links with a move to Juventus.
The 28 year old has made 32 appearances in all competitions for the West London club this season but, despite being integral to Frank Lampard’s plans, he would not be averse to joining the Italian champions and the chance to play again under Mauricio Sarri, who was his coach at Napoli and then Chelsea.
Whilst he is still under contract at Stamford Bridge and any move would be dependent on Chelsea agreeing to sell him, his agent Joao Santos has spent the Premier League break dropping hints that he could be ready to return to Italy saying “Jorginho has a three-year contract with Chelsea, so the priority is clearly to remain there, but we could also evaluate leaving the club in July,’
The Brazilian-born Italy international, who began his career with Verona, spent four years at Napoli between 2013 and 2018, making 160 appearances for them, before following Sarri to London in a £50 million move in July 2018.
