Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has refused to be drawn on rumours that the club are set to move for England winger Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window.
The 19-year old is reported to be unhappy at current club Borussia Dortmund, after being heavily fined for reporting back late to the Bundesliga side from international duty in October. He was subsequently dropped from the squad to face Borussia Monchenglabach, although he has since been integrated back into the team.
With Dortmund previously admitting that Sancho is likely to leave them at the end of the season, he has been linked with top clubs all across Europe, with Manchester United also heavily interested in him. However, the odds on him moving to Anfield in January have been slashed after a series of large bets were placed on the move taking place.
Klopp though refused to respond to the speculation when asked about it by reporters saying “I have no clue where these kind of things are coming from, but it cannot come from us because we never speak about it.
