Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been given one month to save his job at Arsenal.
The Spaniard is under increasing pressure for his position at the Emirates after the club’s latest disappointing performance against Wolves on the weekend, who had 25 shots in their game, as opposed to the home side’s ten in a low quality 1 – 1 draw.
And, if they lose at Leicester on Saturday, they could see themselves nine points behind in their race to make the top four. Arsenal bosses are preparedto give Emery every chance to turn things around, but, if it looks by Christmas that the club are likely to miss out on their objective of earning Champions League football next season, they are prepared to act.
That is more patience than most Arsenal fans are prepared to extend to Emery.
A Twitter poll conducted amongst 43,000 supporters after the match on Saturday indicates that 90% of them want him sacked now.
