Turkish Super Lig side Beşiktaş want to terminate the loan spell of Loris Karius early, and to send him back to Anfield in January.
The 26 year old German goalkeeper was shipped out on a two year loan deal by Liverpool after his horror show in the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid. However, reports in Turkey suggest that Beşiktaş are now looking to open discussions with the Premier League leaders about cancelling the loan arrangement, after a series of indifferent performances between the posts.
The Istanbul side have made a below-par start to the season, and are currently 8th in the table. Now president Ahmet Nur Cebi is looking to refresh his squad when the transfer window opens again, and Karius could be one of the victims of the purge.
Instead they are already lining-up a replacement in the form of Fulham goalkeeper Fabri, who is currently on loan with La Liga side Mallorca.
