Juventus are set to beat PSG to the signature of Tottenham and England full-back Danny Rose.
The 29 year old is set to leave the North London club after being left out of the squad for their pre-season tour of Asia, and with Ben Davies having signed a new five year deal, he appears to have no future in North London. Now he looks set to follow the example of fellow former Tottenham team mate Kieran Trippier by continuing his career abroad.
PSG had been leading the list of clubs eager to sign him, with Schalke and Newcastle also rumoured to be in the running, but now Juventus have edged ahead of their rivals as they continue to strengthen their squad under new manager Maurizio Sarri.
They have already brought in Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot on free transfers, and paid Ajax £60 million for teenage defender Mathijs de Ligt, but now Rose appears ready to become the latest name added to their playing roster from next season.
