Manchester United are the latest club interested in signing Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo.
The £25 million rated player has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham in the current transfer window, and Juventus are also said to be monitoring his situation. However, Manchester United could be set to hijack any other moves for him by bringing him to Old Trafford.
Zaniolo only joined Roma a year ago from Inter Milan, but the 20-year old made an instant impression at his new club, becoming the youngest Italian player to score twice in a Champions League fixture in the defeat of Porto in February.
His form earned him a call-up to the senior Italy squad, and he was subsequently awarded two caps, making him one of the most sought after young players in Europe.
Now with Bruno Fernandes, their main midfield target, valued at £75 million by Sporting Lisbon, Zaniolo may be a more affordable target for United.
