Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has received big money offers from China to quit the club.
That is according to The Daily Mirror, who report that the 29-year old Gabonese striker is wanted by Guangzhou Evergrande and Shanghai SIPG who are prepared to offer him £300,000 a week to complete a move to the Chinese Super League.
Aubameyang, who joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund last January, has two years left on his current deal with the Gunners. However, the club have recently announced that they are adopting a new “get tough” policy with regard to player contracts. Those who have two years or less left on their current contracts will be sold if they are not prepared to commit their long-term futures to the club.
Aubameyang finished the Premier League season as joint winner of the Golden Boot with the Liverpool duo of Sadio Mané and Mo Salah, having found the net 22 times.
