Spurs offered chance to sign Bale on loan

Real Madrid have offered Tottenham the chance to sign their former player Gareth Bale on loan.

That is according to The Sun who reports that Bale would be available for a £10 million loan fee, plus an undertaking to pay around £250,000 a week for him less than half his reported £600,000 weekly wages at Real.

The Spanish club are desperate to get rid of Bale at any cost, with manager Zinedine Zidane threatening to make him train with the under-23 squad, whilst the fans have booed him every time he has played this season.

This is all a far cry from a year ago when Bale was very much the hero, scoring twice in the Champions League triumph over Liverpool in Kiev.
