Juventus-bound Aaron Ramsey has played his last game in an Arsenal shirt.
The 28-year old Welshman picked up an injury in the first half of the Europa League quarter final against Napoli. With initial indications that would be out for a few weeks and might yet return before the end of the season.
However, the club has now reported that his hamstring injury will take longer to recover, which means that he has now played his last game for The Gunners.
Out of contract in the summer, Ramsey has signed a four year deal as a free agent to play for Juventus in Serie A next season.
It is a sad end to his career at The Emirates for the midfielder who is currently Arsenal’s longest serving player, and who scored the winner in both the 2014 and 2017 FA Cup Finals. He has made 369 appearances for the club and is their current top scorer with 64 goals.

He follows most major leagues, across Europe at least, and has a favoured team in each. When he’s not watching, listening, reading or downloading podcasts about football, he spend his time worrying about his beloved Arsenal.
