AC Milan want to make Bakayoko move permanent

AC Milan want to convert the loan move of Tiémoué Bakayoko into a permanent deal.

The 24-year old moved to Milan on a season-long loan from Chelsea in August last year, but initially struggled at Milan with the Italians threatening to terminate the agreement, because of his attitude in training and poor performances on the pitch.

However, he has since won the club’s management and supporters round with his form, and now is a first choice starter for I Rossoneri.

His loan agreement from Chelsea was for a £4 million fee, and also included an option to buy the player outright for £30 million.  Now according to Calciomercato Milan want to exercise that option but they are hoping to negotiate on the price.  Both clubs have their own issues with Financial Fair Play, whilst it is recognised that Bakayoko, whose one season at Chelsea was very underwhelming, does not have a future at Stamford Bridge, whilst he is very much wanted in Milan.
