That is after reports emerged that the West Midlands side want to sign Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson for a reported £36 million, with French publication Le 10 Sport reporting that a verbal offer for the player has already been made.
Regarded as somebody who can operate as a deep-lying playmaker, 24 year old Sanson is a French under-21 international who has made 28 appearances for Marseille in Ligue 1 this season, scoring 4 times and providing 3 assists.
