Juventus are prepared to offer Alexis Sánchez an escape route out of Manchester United – but only if he accepts a substantial pay cut.
The forward is on a massive £500,000 a week at Old Trafford, and United would dearly like to get him off their books, so they could use that money to reinvest in the squad.
The Italian champions may be willing to take him, but are not prepared to him anything approaching that level, meaning the 30-year old Chilean must be prepared to take a substantial drop in salary if he wants to move.
In fact, United, according to CalcioMercato may be willing to loan him to Juventus, and will subsidise part of the cost.
After establishing himself as one of the biggest stars of the Premier League whilst at Arsenal, Sánchez has subsequently flopped during his spell with United, scoring just 3 Premier League goals in 29 appearances. He is currently ruled out of action with a knee injury.
