Another player set to leave Merseyside on loan is Dominic Solanke who is on the verge of joining Crystal Palace for the rest of the season after undergoing a medical at Selhurst Park.
The 21 year old striker, who has one full cap for England, has not made a single senior appearance for Liverpool this season, has had few opportunities since joining The Reds from Chelsea last July, but, despite this, Jurgen Klopp still believes that he is one for the future, and is not ready to sell him on a permanent basis.
Palace, who are desperately short of goals, with Christian Benteke still injured, need a striker, and, according to The Daily Mail, manager Roy Hodgson is prepared to offer Solanke the chance to play regular first-team football.
Solanke has managed only one goal in his fledgling Liverpool career, and never scored for Chelsea, for whom he made one substitute appearance. However, did find the net seven times during a loan spell at Vitesse Arnhem.
