Liverpool striker Divock Origi has been linked with a shock move across Merseyside to city rivals Everton in the January window.
That is according to The Daily Mail who report that Origi could be sold in January, having failed to secure a move away from Anfield in the summer.
The 23-year old Belgian international, who arrived from French side Lille for £10 million in July 2014 enjoyed a strong start to his career with Liverpool, but then found himself out of favour, and was loaned out to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg last season. This campaign he has yet to appear even in a single match day squad for The Reds, who may be willing to cash in on him when the window opens, with a price tag of around £20 million likely to be placed on his head.
That may tempt Everton, who are still looking for a proven goal scorer to lead their attack, with Cenk Tosun being linked with a move back to his native Turkey.
