Chelsea loanee Tiémoué Bakayoko could be on the verge of a humiliating return to Stamford Bridge, with AC Milan threatening to end his loan deal early.
The Chelsea flop joined the Rossoneri on a season long loan in August, but they are now ready to cancel the arrangement because of defects in his game, report The Daily Mirror.
Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso allegedly feels that Bakayoko, who has made just 4 substitute appearances so far this season, lacks the maturity necessary to play in midfield, and that he has been given six games to prove his worth, or he will be shipped back to London.
This is just another blow for the 24-year old international, who signed for Chelsea in a £40 million deal from Monaco in July 2017, but has failed to remotely justify his price tag, turning in a series of lacklustre displays for The Blues last season, and quickly earning the antagonism of the fans.
