Sanchez regrets United move

Manchester United is not a happy club at the moment.

The latest player to express his dissatisfaction with his lot is Alexis Sanchez, who has proved a major disappointment since his January move from Arsenal, scoring just three times, despite being on wages reported to be close to £500,000 a week.

He performed badly in the team’s home draw with Wolves and was publicly told by his manager Jose Mourinho that he would not play in the subsequent match away at West Ham. The Portuguese was true to his word and Sanchez did not even make the match day squad, although he was made to travel to London all the same.

Now reports suggest that the Chilean forward is beginning to regret his move to Old Trafford, and that he should have stayed at Arsenal, where he was a central figure, and not somebody relegated to the periphery.
