Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is set to sign a bumper new deal which will see him become one of the best paid managers in The Premier League.
The 40-year old who is in his second spell in charge of the South Coast club has long been touted with a move to a bigger club, having now only secured promotion to the Premier League but also consolidated their position there, with the club consistently punching above its weight in terms of budget and resources.
Now with his current contract set to expire, and more money trickling down to the club from TV revenues, Howe finds himself in a strong position when it comes to negotiating a new deal, which The Daily Mirror reports, could be worth as much as £4 million a year.
For their part, Bournemouth will likely insert a clause that will entitle them to hefty compensation should any rival club want to tempt Howe away from the Vitality Stadium.
