Arsenal set to seal signature of PSG teenager

ESPN are one of a number of news outlets which report that Arsenal are set to pull off a major transfer coup by signing Yacine Adli from Paris Saint Germain.

The 17-year old attacking midfielder, who is French of Algerian descent, has been with PSG since he was twelve years old, and is regarded by the Paris club as one of their brightest young prospects.

Amidst interest from both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, PSG made a lucrative offer for Adli to stay in Paris, but instead he has chosen to sign for Arsenal who have apparently given him significant guarantees about playing time when it comes to the First Team.

Arsenal have been tracking Adli for a number of months apparently, but the arrival of his former manager Unai Emry at the Emirates appears to have been a major factor in persuading the youngster that his immediate future lies in North London.
