BT Sport reports that Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is expecting a busy summer in the transfer window as he hunts for quality signings to add to his squad.
Howe and his team will begin their fourth consecutive season in the Premier League in August, but their young manager is aware of the need to reinforce his squad and add to the talent that is already at the club, including the likes of Lewis Cook, Lys Mousset and Jorden Ibe.
He has already identified that there needs to be some freshening of his squad although he stated “it won’t be a large turnover, I don t think that’s healthy for the team”. He also acknowledged the constraints that a team like Bournemouth must operate under, saying “we’re never going to be able to signed established Premier League players – it’s just never going to happen”. Instead his blueprint for success is to sign young players and develop and improve them.
