The Daily Mirror reports that Spurs and Chelsea are ready to compete for the signature of Paris Saint-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa, with Manchester United also said to be interested as well.
The 25-year old Frenchman, who is of Polish descent, is available for transfer in the summer because PSG need to reduce their wage bill and raise money to comply with the requirements of FFP (Financial Fair Play).
Both London rivals are in the market for a new left-back this summer – Spurs to replace Danny Rose who is expected to leave the club, and Chelsea as further back-up to Marco Alonso, despite signing Emerson Palmieri from Roma in January. Meanwhile United are looking for a replacement for Luke Shaw who is set to depart Old Trafford following the breakdown of his relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
Kurzawa has 11 international caps for France and is on the fringe of their World Cup squad for Russia.
