According to The Daily Mirror, Italian champions Juventus are considering a summer move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Juventus are determined to strengthen their midfield in the close-season, and have been strongly linked with a move for Liverpool’s Emre Can who is set to leave Anfield when his contract expires in June. However, they are also tracking Tottenham’s Moussa Dembele and PSG’s Adrien Rabiot, and Ramsey’s situation is also being monitored.
Ramsey will be out of contract at Arsenal in June 2019, and although the club are said to be in negotiation with him over a new deal, the player will be looking for a substantial increase in wages to ensure parity with some of the new arrivals at The Emirates, including Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Arsenal are likely to battle hard to keep Ramsey, who, following the January departures of Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez, is now the top goal scorer at the club with 57 goals in all competitions.
