According to talkSPORTRT, Manhester United are closing-in on a £35 million deal for Benfica attacking midfielder Anderson Talisca.
The 24-year old Brazilian is currently on loan to Turkish side Besiktas but it appears that Benfica are ready to move him on permanently in the summer.
Although Wolverhampton Wanderers currently leading the Championship and hoping for promotion back to the Premier League have been strongly linked with the player, reports in Portugal suggest that it is Manchester United who are favourites to sign him when the transfer window reopens in July.
Talisca has scored 10 goals in 24 league appearances for the Turkish side so far this season, but was not included in the squad that went out of the Champions League to Bayern Munich this week.
The Brazil under-23 international has been on Jose Mourinho’s radar since he was manager of Chelsea, and he may finally be ready to get his man in the summer.
