The Daily Mail reports that both Tottenham and Everton are interested in signing PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn in the summer.
The 20-year old winger has scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists for PSV this season, and has been one of the factors which has helped propel his club to the top of the Eredivisie.
His form has not gone unnoticed, however, and a number of clubs are reported to be interested in signing him, with Spurs and Everton the most prominent.
Spurs are said to have a long-standing interest in the player, and despite the recent acquisition of Lucas Moura from PSG, manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen to further strengthen his attacking options. The club have had recent success in recruiting from Dutch football, having acquired Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen and Davinson Sanchez from Ajax, and will hope that Bergwijn follows in their footsteps.
For their part, Everton want to add another winger to their squad, after the arrival of Theo Walcott from Arsenal during the January window.
