With Luke Shaw set to depart Old Trafford, Manchester United may already have lined-up his replacement in the form of 21-year old Argentinian Enzo Diaz.
The left-back currently plays for league leaders Agropecuario in the Argentine second division, but, although he has only made 7 appearances for the club, Diaz, who can also play in the centre, has already attracted interest from abroad, with Manchester United said to be the most eminent of his suitors.
Diaz told local reporters that it was his dream to play for United, whilst accepting that he needs to concentrate for the moment on his career in Argentina, and not to worry about any future transfer.
With Shaw on his way out of the club, and Ashley Young, despite performing well in the role, playing out of position, United are in the market for a new left-back, and Diaz may well fit the bill.
