The Daily Mail reports that Liverpool midfielder, Emre Can, is set to join Manchester City on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The German is out of contract at the end of the season, and although the Merseyside club want him to extend his stay at the club, Can shows no inclination to do so, instead out to let his current deal run down so he can make the short journey to Manchester on a free transfer.
Juventus were also said to be interested in signing the player but are apparently reconciled to the fact that Can has his sights set on The Etihad, and the chance to play under Pep Guardiola.
The German international moved to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen in a £10 million deal three years ago, and has made 14 appearances for the club so far this season, scoring three goals in the process.
